First of its Kind Neighborhood

Tim Dolan created Les Maisons Memory Care neighborhood – a first of its kind in Missouri. We have a community of four homes on five acres. Each house is independent of itself, but Residents and CarePartners visit neighboring Dolan homes for activities or enjoy a quiet stroll on the cul-de-sac with family or CarePartners.

Vanessa Tate's

Vanessa has been married for over 44 years and blessed with one daughter. In her free time, she is with her 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She also jokes her hobbies are cleaning and cooking. Vanessa has worked her way up in nursing career as a CNA and CMT. Professionally, she aspires to become an administrator. Vanessa uses her dry sense of humor to keep her going. Her favorite aspect working at Dolan is being a nurse to only 10 residents. Vanessa is observant and keen. She intimately and proudly knows the residents living at Lourdes. One day, Vanessa hopes to travel to China. 

Dana Roberts​

Dana’s favorite aspect about Dolan is: “I like to think we are all a family. We work together. We many not always agree, but we find common ground that is in the best interest of the residents.” Dana is striving to make a difference in long term care nursing and recognizes she is also caring for residents’ respective family members. She is open-minded and recognizes how important it is to partner with families. 

Prior to becoming a nurse, she worked in managed care or 18 years. She has been a nurse for over 15 years and carries an IV certification. Before joining Dolan, Dana was a travel nurse for 8 years. She describes herself as a flower child, loves humans and nature. In her free time, she enjoys the company of her dogs and fishing. One day, Dana hopes to travel to India and Indonesia.
