-Tim Dolan, Founder
Yolonda has over 25 years of experience in the health care field in various roles from: nurse’s aid, certified nurse’s assistant, medical assistant, certified medical technician, dialysis, and phlebotomy. She has truly worked her way up the career ladder. She has been a nurse for over 15 years working in long term care and management. Yolanda joined Dolan in 2018 during the Waterford Crossing development. What brought her to Dolan is the small size and family oriented atmosphere. She understands that long term care is driven by nursing and feels comforted that working at Dolan, “I am able to intimately know and understand the residents and their family members. It is truly rewarding.” The residents and families appreciate Yolonda’s attention to detail. She is organized and on top of it! You may also find Yolonda in the kitchen baking or preparing a tasty snack. Yolonda is originally from St. Louis and has two children. Her son lives in Kentucky with his two children and her daughter lives in Colorado. Both children work in the military! In her free time, she enjoys relaxing and watching TV with her dog, Hailey.

Ryan has been a nurse for seven years and became a nurse manager four years ago at another facility. Before his nursing career, Ryan worked as a valet in the traditional sense of the word, assisting families at the Crescent in Clayton with routine tasks and errands.
Ryan has a wide range of hobbies and interests, including sports, motor racing, playing guitar, building computers, studying coding languages, and racing go-karts. After more than 20 years of playing electric guitar, he is now shopping for his first acoustic. He also enjoys family time at Carlyle Lake and relaxing evenings on the porch while Penny happily watches cars go by—moments he treasures and captures in countless photos and videos.
Ryan and his wife are the proud father of a daughter, Penny, born in April 2023. He attended both Vianney and Lindbergh High School from 2000 to 2004 and later enrolled at Webster University, pursuing a degree in Public Relations. A decade later, he found his true calling in nursing and enrolled in nursing school, a path he has found deeply rewarding.
Rachel is a native St. Louisan and has been in nursing in St. Louis organizations for about 33 years. She joined Dolan in 2023. She has enjoyed the opportunity to make a difference. She spends time with residents and their family to find their wants and needs. She is passionate about delivering the best care for her residents. Families have shown appreciation for this service by writing and calling upper management to express their gratitude for such a fine nurse as Rachel. She has developed a fine group of care partners and they are a team that accomplishes all that is needed at the Clare house.
Rachel and her husband are Oldsmobile enthusiasts and active members of the Archway Olds Club.
Stephanie worked at Kildare House from 2023 to 2025. After a brief time away, we are delighted to welcome her back as Nurse Manager of Villa.
Stephanie is known for engaging residents in meaningful activities, spending one-on-one time with each resident, and is well acquainted with each resident’s likes and needs. She is known for her patience, sensitivity, and compassionate care. She attributed this to her family’s long-standing passion for the medical field. Her mother, grandmother, aunt, and cousins are nurses, her stepdad was the CEO of a hospital in Florida, and her sister is an ophthalmic technician.
Stephanie brings many years of hands-on caregiving experience. She has served as a CNA, Registered Medical Assistant, and LPN, later becoming an RN and most recently earning her BSN. She plans to continue her education and become a nurse practitioner.
Outside of work, Stephanie is a mom of four. She also cares for a variety of animals, including cats, dogs, chickens, pigs, fish, and lizards, and maintains a garden. She truly loves all creatures, large and small.
Stephanie enjoys baking and crocheting, and high on her wish list is a trip to Ireland to spend time on her family’s farm.
